MORENO.care, your innovative partner for medical aids, was founded on the conviction that the traditional way of selling and marketing orthopedic aids is outdated and no longer meets today's requirements. After several years of working in a traditional wholesaler for orthopedic aids, we found that the market is predominantly served by wholesalers who still work according to the sales and marketing methods from 2010. These methods include printing thousands of catalogs, sending out many field sales representatives with company vehicles and employing numerous office staff because there is little product information on the websites. The outdated online presence means that customers have to request everything by email or phone. These old-fashioned structures mean that only a few medical supply stores located centrally or in large cities and therefore patients are reached. Due to these bloated structures and the associated high costs, the products are already expensive at the wholesale level and are sold to patients at many times the actual production costs.
