How to measure your foot length and width

2. Pass the metric tape below the metatarsophalaphagic joints and measure between point 'a' and 'b'. You can download a foot measure for diabetic shoes in original 1:1 size here

Then repeat the above described process on the other foot.
Valid measurements are those of the larger foot.
